Adam Perconte is a fine dining trained chef whose work is driven by discipline, precision and an uncompromising pursuit of excellence. Every menu is shaped by a meticulous attention to detail, where technique, balance and restraint come together to create food that is both refined and deeply memorable.

Grounded in the belief that the best dining experiences are built through patience rather than haste, Adam approaches every dish with intention, allowing exceptional ingredients and considered craftsmanship to speak for themselves.

Brea Lanyon

Brea Lanyon is an artist, designer and founder of VANTA, an Australian design house specialising in contemporary metalwork. Known for translating hand drawn linework into permanent works of steel, her practice spans sculpture, architectural metalwork, lighting and functional design.

At BRAVO, Brea leads the creative direction, shaping the visual identity, atmosphere and experience surrounding each event. From the objects on the table to the spaces guests inhabit, every element is designed with intention, transforming dining into an immersive and memorable experience.

Together, Adam and Brea have created BRAVO as a celebration of thoughtful hospitality, where exceptional food, considered design and meaningful connection come together around the table.
