Shipping Coverage
• Domestic Shipping: We proudly ship Australia-wide.
• International Shipping: Available for select products. For large-scale or custom items, please email us at brea@houseofvanta.com for a personalised international shipping quote.
Dispatch Times
• In-Stock Items: Orders for in-stock panels and products are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days of purchase.
• Made-to-Order Items: All other pieces are made to order, with a typical production and dispatch timeline of 6–8 weeks, depending on design complexity and production scheduling. This timeframe may vary.
• Freight Insurance: Included with every shipment to ensure your goods are protected in transit.
Delivery Times
• Domestic Orders: Standard delivery times range from 3–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
• International Orders: Delivery times vary by destination and shipping provider.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been collected by the courier, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and carrier details so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.
Important Notes
• We are unable to deliver large items to PO Boxes due to courier size restrictions.
• Please ensure someone is available to receive large shipments at the listed delivery address, or include delivery instructions at checkout.
