Returns and Exchanges


We want you to love your Vanta piece. Please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.


However, under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if the item:

is faulty or damaged,

is significantly different from the description or sample shown,

is not fit for purpose.


To initiate a return for a faulty or incorrect item, please email brea@houseofvanta.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos (if applicable). We will assess your claim and provide next steps, including a return address if applicable.


Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.


Non-returnable items:

Custom-made, personalised, or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
