Steel Sanctuary is a three-piece laser-cut steel triptych born from a moment of transformation. Created after a pivotal visit to the Werribee Open Range Zoo, the series honours three iconic creatures—the zebra, leopard, and giraffe—that reignited my creative vision and reshaped the trajectory of VANTA.

Each panel is more than an artwork; it is a meditation on nature’s intelligence and the way its forms mirror our own stories. The zebra speaks to rhythm and duality, the leopard to strength in solitude, and the giraffe to grounded ambition. Together, they form a sanctuary in steel—a statement of presence, purpose, and interconnectedness.

Steel Sanctuary is both homage and declaration: that true design begins in the wild, that beauty and resilience share the same roots, and that our role as creators is to translate nature’s wisdom into enduring form.

Legacy Edition

This piece is limited to only five editions worldwide as part of the VANTA Legacy Collection. Each edition is signed, individually numbered, and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity with exclusive access to the VANTA Archives, documenting provenance and collector record.
