STORY

Air was the most elusive to capture. I began by experimenting with suspended forms and birdcage structures, searching for a way to embody something that cannot be held. The breakthrough came when I returned to a simple, ancient instrument of movement and sound: the wind chime. By designing her structure to accommodate and enhance chime elements, I transformed the sculpture into a conversation with the breeze.

Air is the unseen made tangible — a sculpture that sings softly when touched by wind, shifting its tone with the environment. She speaks of freedom, change, and impermanence. Every detail was considered to ensure that lightness did not compromise strength, and that sound became an integral layer of the sculpture’s experience.
